Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Sealed products must remain sealed and unopened.

Opened sealed products, graded cards once removed from their slab, and clearance items are not eligible for return. Single cards are eligible only if they arrive damaged or not as described.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
